The Objectives of the Logistics Achiever Awards are as follows:

The TOCICO Life Time achievement award was given to Dr Alan Barnard for his life time contribution to the development and dissemination of Theory of Constraints internationally and specifically for his role as founder board member and President of the Theory of Constraints International Certification Organization.
Dr Alan Barnard was contributing author of two chapters in McGraw-Hill's Theory of Constraints Handbook. Dr Barnard's chapters (15 & 16) are titled "Continuous Improvement and Auditing the TOC way" and "Holistic Implementations of TOC".
