My overall role involves initiating and implementing defined strategies for each Key Account that will enhance the relationships and result in growth and retention of existing and prospective merchants partners through:
Effective deployment of account initiatives
Effective analysis and continued refinement of objectives, post campaign analysis and adjustment of strategies where necessary
Ensure customer growth and revenue achieved through quarterly objectives
Identify channels across various industries for RCS brand to receive maximum reciprocal exposure during campaigns
Key Accounts partner with RCS consistently in generic campaigns, RCS brand enhanced in all merchant’s ATL & BTL media
Client relationship management:
Develop and maintain sound relationships with stake holders at all levels

Understand key account business and industry trends and provide regular analysis
Report on performance and propose remedial action
Team dynamics & Interdependencies:
Effective communication to all internal stakeholders
