"Axel is a very motivating and supporting trainer, he is able to bring along the "message" and keeps the tension high also through a program which contains several modules over one year. In case necessary he slightly adjusts his way to proceed, which is perceived very customer-oriented. He really created an impact on all participants of the program...
...I highly recommend him!

"Axel is a very self-motivated person who excels in bringing the best out of his coachees. Punctual, reliable and always willing to help. He takes action whenever he sees rising an issue and consistently looks for improvements. I very much like working with him" - 2013

"I met Axel in Sept 2013 as lead-facilitator for a 12-months Executive Leadership training. His passion and motivation capture each of our attention and appreciation.
He talks to all and touches each participant in a very personal way. He is reliable and supports in a very assertive and professional meaner. Even after hours.
Full of energy and self-motivated, he was able, every time to make our long days short. He gave us tools we could immediately benefit from in our daily business.
After each module of this training, I felt enriched and sorry that it was over.
