I was in charge of the Resort’s overall operational requirements and its divisions after it was closed for three (3) years and not generating any income. I restructured and built it up and created operational systems, as there was none including properly trained staff i.e.

Front Office (I set up an office for the Resort and Tele-communications)
Accommodation (Fixed and redone Chalets)
Conferencing (Initiated proper conferencing facilities) that could sit 80 Pax classroom style.
Banqueting & Events Management (Created the Resort’s portfolio for Events)
Food & Beverage (Re-worked the Menus and did décor makeovers for the Resort’s public places)
Human Resources (Hired and trained full-time staff for the Lounge Bar, Restaurant & Banqueting)
Sales & Marketing (Created, designed and executed advertising material and concepts)
Public Relations (Did interviews with local news papers to create awareness)

I maintained a clear understanding with the staff in terms of all activity and progress been made by the Resort, and where improvements needed to be made and to brain storm about how to improve the Resort’s position so that it could strongly make its mark in the rapidly growing local market(s).
