Bernard Ncube is a political activist from South Africa. She was mayor of the Westrand Metropolitan Council. Ncube was charged with sedition with 12 other members of the Krugersdorp Residents' Association in August 1987 and detained 6 times including during the Emergency Regulations of June 1986.
