- Responsible for telesales / cold calling and client visits to build relationships and market new business;
- Bringing in new Client orders;
- Placing advertisements on different job portals and social media networks to attract potential candidates;
- Sourcing candidates from different job portals, social media and the internal database for specific job specifications;
- Shortlisting CV’s for suitable candidates;
- Conducting first candidate interviews and shortlisting the best candidates to submit to the Client;
- Typing and preparing CV’s;
- Submitting and presenting CV’s to the client;
- Discussing the potential candidates with the client;
- Organising interviews with the Client and the selected candidates;
- Following up on the interviews between the Client and the candidates;
- Conducting two to three references on each selected candidate;
- Sending appropriate documents for criminal-, ITC- and qualification checks on selected candidates;
- Receiving candidate offer from the Client and discussing the offer with the candidate;
- Negotiating salaries when necessary;
- Sending the Client offer to the candidate of choice and resend the signed copy to the Client;
- Following up with the Client and candidate for the first three months of new employment;
- Invoicing the Client and following up on payments;
- Responsible for administration duties, such as filing, scanning, printing and faxing;
- Reporting to the Branch Manager;
- Attending weekly management and planning meetings;
- Attending compulsory training sessions;
- Calculating monthly commission earned;
- Competing for Company incentives;
- Keeping weekly statistics regarding interviews conducted, candidate interviews at clients, new orders, telesales, clients visits and references conducted;
- Responsible for diary management and sending diary invitations to candidates and clients via Microsoft Outlook;
