Cassim Docrat is a Former Chief Executive Officer of the Gauteng Cricket Board. He was also the manager of the South African Proteas Cricket Team in the 1996 World Cup Tournament in Pakistan. It was as an administrator that Docrat made an important contribution to non-racial cricket.
