•Make good business decisions that are balanced between facts, logic, intuition and the need to close deals.
•Close clients and candidates, while remaining consultative and focused on Macdonald & Company’s professionalism and quality standards.
•Accurately communicate candidate’s salaries and salary expectations to clients and colleagues and successfully negotiate mutually beneficial offers.
