Consulting and Project Management

The Executive Lead is responsible for HR-related advisory services and interventions, focussing on the critical elements of organisational effectiveness. This will include (but is not limited to) the establishment of HR strategies and remuneration philosophies, talent management life-cycle events, business improvement, process adoption, addressing the people dimension of transformation, productivity improvement (including cost reduction initiatives), change management, organisational development (OD), operational excellence (including implementing changes in the HR operational environment [e.g. target operating models and capacity modelling]), advising organisations regarding the optimal application of human capital business processes and HCM technology requirements in order to ensure the seamless integration / optimisation thereof, technology-enabled business transformation, etc.

Ultimately the Executive Lead must integrate and deploy a broad range of talent and skills in order to be able to deliver unique solutions across countries, industries and sectors that will address the client’s unique needs effectively and timeously by integrating Deloitte Consulting’s distinct service offerings.
