After matriculating in 2003, Conrad enrolled at Cape Peninsula University of Technology where he pursued his passion in Marketing and Advertising.

In 2008 Conrad ventured to London to pursue a career in Advertising,failing application Shortly after he acquired a position at a Skills development college while witnessing the collapse of Financial Institutions and the start of the Global Recession, where he educated foreign students on using computers. It was here that he grasped the concept of world communication and connection and how similar we as mankind are once we relate to a focused idea.

Hashtag South Africa he has identified the problems in 12 spheres of world societies and created actionable solutions for the next decade. Social Media together with the INTERNET are powerful tools to unite, share and pioneer projects to everyday working activities. Hashtag South Africa helps business and government to achieve this.

Conrad has published several articles to National and Regional newspapers on the Power and utility of Social Media, he often has takes calls on radio advising South African’s on Social Media ethics and Principles.
