David has a proven track record of success in turning around challenged programs and projects, incorporating new technology into business, and leading organisations to successful implementation of strategic and operational business objectives. He has successfully delivered large transformational programmes and projects in SA and abroad.

Backed up by certifications in ITIL, Prince 2 and MITP and exposure to various project management methodologies such as Funnel & Gates (Nedbank); Blue Process (Standard Bank); Temenos implementation model(Temenos-Switzerland) and experienced at setting up the deployment management tools and methodologies in environments where such discipline is non-existent.

He is a dedicated and passionate individual who is very conscientious about delivering the right quality of work as effective and efficient as possible. He Obtained an MBA from De Montfort university in the UK in 2004 and have achieved certification in Prince 2 and ITIL and has undergone various leadership initiatives through the financial industry and government including: the Senior Leadership Programme (GIBS) Public services Management Act (UNISA); and MITP (IBM).

This programme was one of many initiatives aimed at levelling the playing fields between the developed and developing nations and in the case of South-Africa, addressed the disparities between the highly developed urban and under developed rural areas.The initial project was founded on a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) between HP, Provincial Government and the local authority and my responsibility consisted of managing and co-ordinating various tactical and operations consequences.
The latter part of my engagement focussed on a global transition management role to oversee the transformation of Ericsson’s IT services to HP, leading a team of 11 project managers in 9 countries; including: Austria, Romania, Israel, Italy, Russia, Poland, Egypt, Nigeria & Congo.
