Lodestone is an Enterprise Business Systems provider focussing on the Oracle range of enterprise products, and a majority owned subsidiary of IMPERIAL Holdings, a JSE listed diversified industrial services and retail group.
Role entails customer engagement in terms of amongst others reviewing and assisting with defining and managing of SLA agreements and delivery of these with our current client base (support agreements).
Review, assistance and support with new and current projects from setup and initiation through to successful implementation and closure.
Review and enhance PM processes, eg GRC to closure.
Manage operational matters.
Assist with increasing the Lodestone footprint within the Oracle market.
