Duties
Accountable for the management of Key Accounts in an end-to-end manner. Establish a fully-fledged customer relationship management portfolio with key Accounts customer. Developing new business and maintenance of strategic business relationships with customers.

Job Outputs
Perform account and business planning for key accounts
Formulate industry plans for the targeted industries including analysis and justification
Business planning including revenue (and profit) and product forecasts for the customer base as well as for the key customers on an individual basis
Responsible for the revenue budget for my portfolio, including Cost of Sales (COS)
Provide end to end revenue assurance with pipeline forecast, including expected demand, for my portfolio on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis
Customer relationship and management program to include management of Service Level Agreements (SLA)
Develop and Implement a Key Account Management strategic plan to retain and grow revenue within existing and new customers
Identify and target clients, industries and solutions resulting in successful contracts in line with Saab Grintek Carrier’s business plan and corporate strategy
Establish and maintain relationships with customers thereby ensuring continued loyalty and support
Enable accurate forward planning for the organisation in terms of service demand, operational roll out, capacity take up and working capital
Establish and maintain customer care, customer management and fault reporting processes
Conduct detailed customer satisfaction surveys
