He believes in inclusive socio-economic ideals and he lived by those principles in his endeavour to contribute towards a better South Africa and the continental transformation towards a developmental agenda. He is the founder of Youth Unplugged and consultant to various institutions all around the world.
Cole is currently the National Project Manager for Tehillah Community Collaborative and Consultant to various Corporates, Civil Society and Governmental departments in terms of Development.International Motivational speaker and Life Coach Accross the Globe.
