An exciting opportunity exists within Metropolitan Wellness for a self-motivated and driven individuals to take up the challenge of Graduate Internship in a demanding yet exciting environment. 
The programme is a work based learning programme that assists graduates to prepare for the workplace and promotes access to increased employment opportunities within the Medical Aid Administration and Insurance industry. 
We need FOUR graduates who have completed Bachelor’s Degrees in: 
Project Management 
Business Administration 
and/or Social Sciences
Acquiring the relevant practical experience and knowledge of Company products 
Demonstrating skills in using Company systems and showing understanding of the operational processes 
Displaying a willingness to learn corporate values and technicalities and timeous completion of logbooks for workplace based learning 
Demonstrating commitment to working in the Medical Aid Administration and Insurance industry and attending all identified courses 
Providing project management support to the Metropolitan Wellness 
Developing specialised project support systems and implementation plans for specific workplace projects within prescribed time frames 
Maintaining and ensuring good relations with all stakeholders regarding operational projects in order to deliver on project deliverables
Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills 
Good organisational and time management skills 
Good planning and prioritising abilities 
The ability to be flexible to the demands of the department 
The ability to work independently and under pressure 
Client services orientated 
The ability to work in a team and individually
Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business Administration and/or Social Sciences 
Should not be studying fulltime for the duration of the Programme 
Be available full-time from 1 March 2017 to 28 February 2018 
South African citizen between the ages of 20 and 35 years 
Computer Literate (MS Office) 
Excellent communication and report writing skills 
Must be able to commute to workplace on their own 
A good working knowledge of the health and wellness industry will be an advantage
Pyschometric assessments will be part of the selection criteria
