•Revised and updated the “Export and Shipping manual” for Sales in 2008, which was distributed and used by consultants across the group.
•Also revised the step by step procedures on Tax Free Furniture Shopping for induction and sales cycle purposes.

•Involved in the decision making with head office to select items for the future seasons and up-coming LaCoste collections for Women’s and children’s wear.
•I managed all merchandise which in turn made it easier for the shopper to self-select and to co-ordinate & accessorize.
•I was part of our Regents Street Store Opening Event which we held alongside 'GLAMOUR' magazine.
