Born in Uitenhage South Africa

A law graduate, entrepreneur and business leader with a strong track record in strategic business management, Kashif is currently executive director at Psiclone Renewable Energy Solutions and serves on various other boards.

Kashif’s passion and strength is identifying market opportunities and turning start-ups into sustainable businesses. Kashif has a solid knowledge of BEE and the South African business landscape. He has an in depth understanding of the South African political environment and the challenges facing communities and businesses.

Kashif hosts and produces the weekly Midweek Money Focus show, a business and personal financial advice programme on Good Hope FM since 2003.

He is also trustee of the International Peace University of South Africa (IPSA), serves on the board of Common Purpose, an international leadership NGO, is Provincial Chairman of the BMF Western Cape and serves on the Board of the Black Management Forum.

Kashif has dedicated his professional life to the promotion of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurs who are socially conscious, as a means to combat unemployment and the related social challengers.
