After having been in the UK for four years, I have relocated to Johannesburg, South Africa. I have recently joined Kenexa (now an IBM company) and am looking forward to what my work here will involve.
I am a versatile psychologist, having worked within the areas of sport, education and business in Africa, and the UK. I have 9 years’ experience of working with individuals, teams and organisations. I particularly enjoy consultancy work and building relationships with clients.

Human Resources and Recruitment
I enjoyed helping to organise the annual conference for three years, and therefore wanted to remain involved with this progressive association.
The ABP has over 600 members, with a Management Board of 15 members. The board has set out a new strategy but would like the assistance of its members to achieve the defined goals. My role has been to find volunteers to help the board with this, as well as to drive a new communication strategy.
Consulting and Project Management
I worked as an Associate for several companies, namely Zircon, Mendas, Insight Partnership, Psysoft, A&DC and Cranfield School of Management. My work as an associate primarily consisted of assessment, training and research.
I thoroughly enjoyed working with Rebecca Stevens organising this conference. We had a great team, everyone worked really hard and I think the results speak for themselves!
I volunteered to help organise the 2009 and 2010 conferences for our members, which I thoroughly enjoyed.
