"I have been the Marketing Manager of Centurion Mall since February 2011 and am currently employed by Word 4 Word Marketing who offers on-site marketing solutions to retail properties.

Creative Collective has been Centurion Mall’s “Weekend Entertainer” service provider as from March 2011. As Centurion Mall’s sole service provider over the last year their services were not limited to the supply of children’s activities at the Mall but also did Creative Collective successfully implemented once-off events such as LOLLOS and decor driven campaigns during Easter.

They do an excellent job, are always punctual, and offer the most competitive rates.

Working with Maia since inception of Creative Collective in 2007 it gives me great pleasure to see how much she and more over the company has grown to become a great contender to other companies who renders services.

I'm happy to recommend the services of Creative Collective.

"To Whom It May Concern

I worked with Maia Jordaan from Creative Collective during 2008 and 2009 on a children’s therapeutic playground project at the HIV clinic at Tshwane District Hospital. There are approximately 7000 patients at the HIV clinic, 1000 of whom are children. These children come to the clinic every one or two months and spend most of the day at the clinic, where they are examined, blood is taken, counseling is given and HIV medication is dispensed.

The staff at the clinic felt that it is vital for the children to have a positive experience when they come to the clinic. There was also a growing realization that most of the children had some form of developmental delay secondary to their disease. Funding was thus sourced to build a large therapeutic play area where children could play and also develop their gross and fine motor skills.

Maia Jordaan was instrumental in designing the playground according to the clinic’s needs. She contributed to the overall vision of the play area and assisted with a myriad of practical details, such as finding sponsors for equipment, sourcing donations and people willing to volunteer their time and expertise, delivering the equipment, and designing and printing a name board with playground rules. Maia furthermore organized a naming ceremony for the playground where the most creative name was selected from a list made by the children. She also organized an opening ceremony and party where all the children, their parents and clinic staff were entertained. This ceremony received wide press coverage.

Lastly, Maia also assisted with sourcing and donating children’s books to the clinic. This is part of on ongoing skills development project at the clinic where children and parents are given access to books in order to improve their literacy level.

Maia Jordaan from Creative Collective has been a great asset to our clinic. She is easy to work with, is open to new ideas, displays flexibility and creativity in the implementation of projects and ensures that her commitments are honored on time.

I recommend Maia wholeheartedly for the project.

Yours truly

"To Whom It May Concern

At the Annual ITS User Group Conference in March 2009, ITS Holdings wanted to highlight the introduction of the company’s new brand image and logo with a special launch.

We got in contact with Creative Collective and Maia Jordaan accommodated us within a very short time. At the conference, Maia handled everything, from arranging the set up of a stage, sound, lighting and she arranged dancers to carry over the ‘new beginning’ for ITS Holdings. With her professionalism she made us comfortable to hand over everything regarding the launch to her. She made the launch a success with a ‘big bang’ just as we requested.

Maia Jordaan is very professional, easy to work with and very professional in her work. She listens to the client needs and delivers solutions promptly and within budget. She always has good suggestions and definitely has knowledge of her market.

I recommend Maia for the project.

Yours truly

"Dear Maia and Allan,

I need to express my sincerest gratitude towards Creative Collective for excellent service rendered throughout December at O.R. Tambo, Cape Town and Durban International Airports. The children’s Play Parks that were designed, implemented and managed by Creative Collective was, as always the highest standard. Passengers, airport staff and ACSA were highly impressed and satisfied with the Play Parks, feedback were phenomenal! You make us shine and we will be forever thankful.

It is always reassuring to work with professionals such as yourselves as I can always count on and trust in professional and creative implementation of concepts and promotions. Even in previous experiences throughout my shopping centre marketing career, I’ve always been able to count on the creativity and unique concepts delivered by Creative Collective.

It is always a pleasure working with you as one can always trust in timely delivery, effective reporting on results and insightful input into our promotions, campaigns and events. The time and effort that goes into projects can hardly go unnoticed, this is but one of the reasons why Creative Collective will always be one of my preferred suppliers.

Thank you once again, well done and keep up the great work.

My sincerest gratitude,
Daniela van Rooyen
