Ensuring best practise cash collection techniques are used in order to achieve the Group's policy on paying its suppliers. Designing & implementing performance targets to achieve productivity gains in the Creditor's Department. Ensuring bank financing arranged where required for approved capex. Promoting internal communication between various departments which previously operated in isolation.

Responsibilities also include the administration budget process and reporting thereon through the year.
