Agape advocates for youth leadership development. The ability for the youth (in schools, training, jobs and communities) to work together and not to neglect the struggle of their generation. The Youth Leadership Talks started in 2015 with the Tshwane Youth Leadership Talk. The aim was to spark the leadership agency of high school learner leaders.

- To launch the movemnt in various areas of the county and start a network of young leaders.
- To reflect on the progress of the youth development in our live time.
- Showcase and celebrate the great work done by young people in communities
