Molefi Oliphant started his career as a teacher in 1978 at Lebohang High School.He capped his educational professional experience by holding the post of District Director of Education in the Sedibeng West District of the Gauteng Department of Education. He is the Vice President of Confederation of African Football (CAF) and Committee Member of the FIFA World Cup Organizing Committee.
