As One of the few pioneer members of the MIS department, I joined as a senior data clerk, with an eye for developing scalable solutions, aimed to improve efficiency, productivity and profitability of business information systems, I quickly got noticed by my seniors who then appointed me as Tech support officer and later Assistant MIS manager.
•Managed a windows based global database of Dynapharm members inter-country (s) Distributor registration and sales records, running desktop platform on SQL Server Client architecture. Handled over 5000 records of distributor records.
•Worked closely with co-department colleagues and management to define project goals, developed working plans with my seniors and led to critical systems installations and data Information Systems / Project Support Coordination Specialist Resume integration projects. Led a team of 10 technical data specialists and coordinated the MIS departmental records with all the other departments, to provide proper information system.
•As team leader was in charge of designing effective work plans for the MIS department, which would not ignore methods and challenges of the data entry process, and in turn formulate a monthly report which was handed in on a strict time basis usually at the end of the month.
•Sat on an advisory committee in the Head of Department meeting, that examined the strategies used and accomplishments of the company set objectives. I was very instrumental in this process because I represented a firsthand experience of all responsibilities held in the MIS department, hence proper facilitated a proper decision making process.
•In charge of the maintenance of the Windows 2003 server environment, policies, users and computer planning and support, system disaster prevention, periodic backups and management.
•Fully deputized all duties of the MIS manager in his absence.
