I am a Freelance Recruiter or “Freelancer” as it is commonly referred to. I predominantly work in the Oil & Gas & Petroleum Industry as well as Mining and Minerals industry.
I have more than 15 years experience as technical recruiter and my focus area is recruitment of white collar personnel for EPC projects.

Consulting service models:
Option 1. The traditional recruitment model where a client pays a placement fee for each successfully placed candidate. My fees are less than 8%.
Option 2. I offer my ‘Freelancer’ services to my client for a fixed period, which is normally the recruitment phase of a EPCM project. During this period I work directly for the client (HR manager) and manage / coordinate the recruitment process or a portion of it on behalf of the client. I will do all the headhunting and recruitment for the client for a fixed fee and I will not be entitled to charge any additional agency fees. My monthly Freelancer service fees are around R30 000 per month depending on the type of positions to recruit and the quantity.
This is surely an cost effective model for clients that have a huge staff requirement and will reduce overall project recruitment cost.
What distinguishes my recruitment services from the rest is the fact that I believe in going the extra mile by headhunting every assignment. My strengths are in finding candidates for positions that other agencies have difficulty to fill.
