Introduce staff growth, retention and recruitment strategy. Incorporate
an induction plan focussing on fastracking mobilisation followed by a tightly coupled skills development roadmap in accordance with Microsoft Gold Partner accredited competency requirements.
Overall programme delivery - Industries focussed on mainly were, Telco’s, FSI, Fleet and logistics, Production, Roadside assitance, Multimedia, Pharmaceutical, Cash management and guarding, Justice system, Retail. Building strong customer relations and manage delivery escalations and expectations. Manage vendor and client relationships and build effective partnerships. Prepare and present frequent communication on programme delivery to clients and internal management.
Introduce, adopt and implement new operations structure. Ensure there are proper depth in the organisation catering for personal growth and career planning internally. Reporting structures and processes were standardised across the business units. Outcomes based KPI’s were identified, assigned, rolled out and maintained.
Agile project methodology – Scrum, was piloted and launched to affect mutliple win-win deliverables. Some benefits included:
