Nathi is the Deputy Managing Director at Times Media Group Limited (TMG) and a member of several boards of TMG investee companies. He joined the group in 2004 as a Financial Manager. He was previously the Publisher of the Business Day and the Financial Mail. Prior to joining the Business Day and the Financial Mail, he was the General Manager of (then) Times Media’s Eastern Cape division. He is a chairman of RiseFM in Mpumalanga and until December 2013, was chairman of South African Press Association (SAPA). His career spans more than 15years within the corporate environment, covering sectors such as Insurance, Banking, Beverages, FMCG and Media.

A well respected dynamic servant leader, Nathi is passionate about youth development and prosperity of the African continent.

He holds an MBA (Exec) obtained from the University of Cape Town GSB. His academic qualifications also include a B. Com (Honours) degree from UCT as well as the Executive Development Programme from the Scandinavian International Management Institute (SIMI), Copenhagen, Denmark.
