Quinton is responsible for the establishment of a business capability model for the organisation as well as the design, development, implementation and support of business processes and systems.

During this time Quinton lead a project that established a business architecture model and matured 20 percent of the processes to a level 4 definition within approximately 6 months. This was done by contracting a skilled partner and immediately delivering value to the organisation.

Quinton was asked to replace a legacy application that formed the backbone of the business and had grown organically over a period of 12 years, with little documentation. Using a multi-vendor, distributed team adopting a Service Oriented Architecture and Scrum / Agile methodology Quinton lead a team that developed a platform that integrated call-centre, telematics, financial and CRM systems. The platform provides a single application and view of information for call-centre and other business units, significantly improving productivity and customer service.

During this time the business was able to realise:

- 25 percent reduction in overhead within operations. Quinton lead teams that developed enterprise systems and streamlined business processes while improving productivity.

- 30 percent reduction in the cost of development. Quinton implemented Scrum and Agile principles and refinined software engineering practices that significantly reduced the number of developers required to develop and support enterprise systems.
