Joining the Siemens Commercial Advancement Trainings Scheme (CATS), a programme run by Siemens which strategically focuses on growing young commercial staff and preserving future business leadership in South Africa,He spent a few years and working across different sectors at Siemens including, Industry, Energy, Accounting services, Mobility, Automation etc, he parted ways with the organization and went on to explore the banking industry when he joined Standard Bank where he became involved in the back office cleanup project of unreconciled suspense account which generated millions in revenue.Siyasanga is currently employed by Dimension Data as a Financial Controller.
