As a child, Suzanne was surrounded with a family that seemed to constantly struggle financially. In her early years, Suzanne decided this was not going to be her adult fate and began applying the principles of success in her own life:

Despite the fact that she didn’t complete a formal education, and found herself a single parent with three children at the age of 26, Suzanne pressed on. She was determined to find her way beyond the initial structured family and community she had emerged from. Suzanne stumbled into the advertising industry and realised she’d found a niche which would allow her to grow in business. She became South Africa’s first female director of an Out of Home Media company and then co-founded her own company, Airport Media, in 2002. Just a few years later, she was selling the entity at its highest point of success.
As an entrepreneur Suzanne pursued specific business mentors. Nic Griffin, CEO of The Thornybush Collection, taught her the value of business relationships. "I have been doing this Thinking Into Results course for the past 14 weeks and all I know is that it is life Changing. Before I used to take failure as a big thing but now I know if I don't get something right the first time it is a learning curve. Fail spells first time in learning. "What a privilege this is to share a life altering experience with you- so
let me get into it....
On arrival yesterday, I had a chat with my Coach Suzanne Styles; she noticed that I was experiencing
discomfort in my (previously seriously injured) wrist of my right arm, as I was unconsciously rubbing / touching / holding it. I had injured my arm over a year
ago with a broken window- both main arteries were cut as well as 7 tendons responsible for the functioning of my right hand. After emergency surgery and a tedious and lengthy rehabilitation process, I managed to regain +_ 80 % mobility of my hand.
I have been experiencing a strange sensation with occasional pain and swelling on and off during the past year or so- this significantly reduced the mobility of my hand again and it was frustrating and it made me feel unhappy and limited in a certain sense. I was feeling negative about it as it was also making my work harder as I am right-handed and obviously work on my PC a lot
making it hard to work quickly with the mouse etc.
As my Coaching Session was intended to address and resolved NEGATIVE EMOTIONS stored on a cellular level in my body, Suzanne decided to target the problems with my arm right away. As we started our session my wrist was very swollen and visibly 'unhappy'- red in colour and very tense. I could barely
bend my wrist properly. Suzanne proceeded to tap into my SUBCONCIOUS MIND and indicate which emotions could be responsible for this physical manifestation of
negative energy. We ran through the different emotions such as ANGER, FEAR, HURT, GUILT etc. - the results were amazing!
Have a look at this: Turns out I have managed to use the injury as a "Safe / Vault" for unresolved emotions that I have experienced (including the trauma of the actual injury -as it was a life threatening experience). As soon as these were identified and released by means of a process that is easy to do, and feels totally natural- by only tapping into what is going on in my unconscious mind- I INSTANTLY felt relieved and lighter!!
After the session Suzanne asked me to show her my injured wrist - AMAZINGLY it was not red and swollen or even slightly painful at all! I am now able to flex and bend my "injured" wrist 100% without any effort.
It was an amazingly rewarding experience- I slept like a baby and woke up feeling elated and empowered with an extraordinary feeling of being free of negativity! I am soooooo looking forward to doing the rest of the Sessions with Suzanne, both her and Chris Styles are MASTERS at what they do, I feel very comfortable and reassured during these sessions and therefor my mind and body gives its full cooperation. Mind-blowing to say the very least!
