Testimonials

Dr. Petr Zemanek, Oracle University delivery manager for Africa. Former SUN Learning Services delivery manager for Eastern Europ

"Theo is a highly qualified training professional. He has deep detailed technical knowledge of many SW products (Advanced JAVA, SOA, ...), experience from multiple
international projects (where mentioned products have been implemented) and also unique skills that enable him efficiently train these complex products.

I have been working with Theo for approx 10 years. Theo delivered numerous trainings on behalf of SUN Learning Services and also several trainings for Oracle.
Customer feedback on trainings he delivered was always very positive, both on the technical and pedagogical side.

Besides technical and teaching skills, Theo can very efficiently deliver training for audiences with different background and coming from various multicultural environments.
Theo delivered training in many African and European countries, always with great customer feedback.

I has been a pleasure for me and for our customers to engage Theo as a professional instructor.
" - 2005

David Alderton, Oracle EMEA Sales Training Director,

"I have worked with Theo since 2004 when I was the EMEA Training Director for SeeBeyond Corporation and he was one of our leading external technical trainers working for Bytes. He provided nothing but the best level of support, delivering with great success some of the tougher training assignments across EMEA and always demonstrating great flexibility to focus on customer success. When I moved to Sun Microsystems in 2006, Theo continued as a highly valued technical trainer and continued this role when Oracle acquired Sun in 2009. If I were still running an EMEA technical training organization, Theo would be the first person I would be in contact with to help out" - 2005
