Manage the accuracy of TA-related documentation and reference checks, so that appropriate systems are used for accurate information. Ensure that system data integrity is
maintained (e.g. Softscape) so that it reflects current information to facilitate accurate reporting. Identify opportunities to optimise system operating efficiencies to increase customer satisfaction and productivity. I manage my own personal development through performance management, IDP and talent management processes. Request training and feedback on performance and strive to improve based on these interventions. Adhere to the Group's values and leadership principles and understand and participate in Employer of Choice strategies and initiatives. • Business Driven Action Learning project: The project focused on a current business problem. The requirement was that the problem should be researched, analysed and for implementable solutions to be proposed.
Outcome: 85 % pass
• Talent Forums Project: This project focused on the succession plan and career discussions of direct reports of line managers, my role was to set up the forums as well as data gathering of direct reports, ensuring line managers, OD manager, Assessment Practitioners and HRBPs are involved. Ensuring direct reports assessments are valid and if there are not, I would schedule them before forums can take place. I also observed during discussions and we identified raw, solid and high performance employees & identify areas of developments.
