Born 23-09-1955 in South Africa

Lulu Xingwana is South Africa's Minister for Women, Children and People with Disabilities. She is former Minister of Arts and Culture. She has also been a Member of the African National Congress Women's League National Working Committee. She has been Member of Parliament since 1994.
