Black Leopards goalkeeper King Ndlovu says teams are no longer scared of playing once-mighty Kaizer Chiefs as the two sides prepare for battle.

Ndlovu says the Soweto giants no longer have the same pedigree as before and insists his side expect to take home the full three points at the FNB Stadium on Wednesday.

Kick-off is at 19:30.

“Ja, we are confident of doing a good job. You know with Kaizer Chiefs now they are not the same Kaizer Chiefs they were before like with the playing style and everything,” Ndlovu told KickOff.com.

“You know with the old Kaizer Chiefs, we would go to FNB and just wish for a draw. But nowadays we are going for three points.

“I’m not saying we are gonna win but we are going for all three points. We are not going there to look for a draw or to park the bus. We will play with no fear.

“They didn’t concede in their last two games but on the other hand they are also struggling to score goals.”

Chiefs find themselves down in 13th spot in the standings, albeit having played one fewer match than the majority of their rivals.

Worryingly though, they are already nine points behind defending champions and current log-leaders, Mamelodi Sundowns.

Black Leopards are faring even worse, down in 15th-place with just three points from their opening five matches of the season.
