Chiefs, who are down in 13th-place in the 16-team league, confirmed on Monday that the Bafana Bafana international is still wearing a knee brace.

Gavin Hunt’s men have struggled desperately in their five matches this season.

Their ‘goals scored’ tally currently stands at a measly three – one of which was an own goal – while their ‘goals conceded’ reads six.

That’s not a recipe for success in any league title race!

Chiefs’ next DStv Premiership match against Black Leopards was originally scheduled for Tuesday, but was moved back by 24 hours to give Amakhosi more time to prepare after their clash last weekend in the CAF Champions League was also delayed by a day from Friday to Saturday.

FROSLER JOINED CHIEFS FROM WITS

Chiefs confirmed on their social media pages that Frosler “is recovering well from his knee injury”.

Frosler, who joined Chiefs in January 2019 from Bidvest Wits, has four Bafana caps to his name.

Kick-off at the FNB Stadium on Wednesday is at 19:30.
