SUNDOWNS ORDERED SIRINO TO FOCUS ON HIS PSL CAREER

Sundowns went on to order the 29-year-old Sirino to focus on his PSL career as they begin preparations for the resumption of the 2020/21 season.

Sundowns returned to training on Monday after a short Christmas break, but Sirino was missing.

However, a club official said there is no cause for concern regarding Gaston Sirino’s absence.

“There are no issues, he is not the only player missing today,” the official told KickOff.com.

Egyptian giants Al Ahly are understood to be willing to pay up to R50 million for Sirino, while Sundowns are believed to be asking for closer to R90 million.

Al Ahly conducts its transfers in US dollars.
