Amakhosi fans will be thrilled with the three points their team picked up at Kings Park in Durban on Wednesday afternoon against AmaZulu in the DStv Premiership.

Chiefs scored the only goal of the match in the 11th minute through Samir Nurkovic.
Chiefs moved up to 10th place in the standings after just their second victory in 10 matches, while AmaZulu remained in ninth spot.
Amakhosi will next be in action on Saturday, January 16 in a mouth-watering DStv Premiership clash against Cape Town City at the Cape Town Stadium at 17:00.

Chiefs made three changes to their side that lost 2-0 to Maritzburg United in the last outing over the weekend, including the forced changes of Khama Billiat and Leonardo Castro.

Happy Mashiane and Dumisani Zuma came in to replace the injured duo, while Samir Nurkovic won himself a place in the starting line-up ahead of Lazarous Kambole.

For the home side, Benni McCarthy rung the changes from their 1-1 draw with Bloemfontein Celtic on Sunday.
Goalkeeper Veli Mothwa returned to the side in place of Siyabonga Mbatha, while Tapelo Xoki, Makhehleni Makhaula, Talent Chawapiwa and Siphele Mthembu were also drafted in.
