Elsewhere, Joel Embiid scored 38 points and grabbed 11 rebounds as the Philadelphia 76ers beat the Celtics 122-110.

Winning at all cost will be the only objective when the four Currie Cup semi-finalists take the field on Saturday at Loftus Versfeld and Newlands to stake a claim for a place in the final.
