Soweto, Ivory Park residents hit by “load reduction”
The power utility said the so called “load reduction” would last until 9am.

JOHNNESBURG – Thousands of people in Soweto and Ivory Park on Tuesday woke up without electricity.
Eskom deliberately cut them off at 5am, saying it was trying to avoid network overloading in high density areas.
The power utility said the so called “load reduction” would last until 9am.
