Amakhosi were initially set to host the match on Friday at FNB Stadium at 18:00.
However, due to logistical challenges experienced by the Cameroonian outfit, CAF granted their request to have the fixture postponed by 24 hours.
The issues have again resulted in a further postponement as kick-off has now been shifted by another hour to 19:00 on Saturday.
“After careful consideration, the Match Commissioner has moved the match kick-off to 19:00 this evening,” read a statement from Amakhosi.
“This is to allow PWD Bamenda to fulfill all the pre-match processes. In the spirit of Fair Play.”
Gavin Hunt’s side hold a vital 1-0 advantage after Eric Mathoho’s away goal in the first-leg clash Limbe last Sunday.
The winner of the tie will face Angolan giants Primeiro de Agosto for a place in the 2020/21 group stage of Africa’s elite club competition.
