Lions coach Ivan van Rooyen has made two changes to his team which will host Western Province at Ellis Park on Saturday.
Kick-off is at 19:00.
LIONS BEAT GRIQUAS IN ROUND 1
Ross Cronjé and Tiaan Swanepoel will run out at scrumhalf and fullback, respectively, in the only two changes to the side which beat Griquas in Kimberley last weekend.
That match was called off early in the second half due to bad weather.
