Employer: Harcourts Real Estate (SA)
The opportunities within the property industry are vast and there are plenty of career opportunities at Harcourts Real Estate (SA) for high calibre graduates, sales aficionados, customer service enthusiasts, and highly motivated and dedicated individuals who are looking for a change in career.
Harcourts Real Estate (SA) is searching for dynamic and ambitious individuals to join our team in one of our contemporary and fast-moving offices in Johannesburg South. As part of an international brand, at Harcourts Real Estate (SA), we have the resources and expertise to provide you with an advantage in real estate.
Harcourts offers national and local training, systems and support that ensure our people are a step ahead. With access to classroom, on-the-job and online training courses to constantly improve your skills and knowledge, Harcourts can offer a career path filled with opportunity to grow. We are looking for the right people to fit our unique culture that’s not only hard working, but with plenty of fun and laughter too.
The successful candidate needs to have great people skills, excellent communication skills, sales experience, live locally in the area they are applying to work in, driver’s licence and own transportation, and the ambition to succeed in a sales role.
Training will be provided for those entering the industry. Please note that the first 3 - 6 months of your legislative training (internship) will be financially trying and you should be in the financial position to survive the first few months potentially without an income. However, once you start selling properties, your earning potential rises exponentially.
Those we recruit, train and retain are challenged to develop enduring client relationships built on quality service, collaboration and trust.
Harcourts is the fastest-growing real estate group in South Africa. While that’s impressive in itself even more importantly our research has shown that 98.6% of our clients say that they would definitely use us again. The choice is one of complete customer satisfaction and confidence. At Harcourts our enduring purpose is that everyone that is touched by the Harcourts organisation in any way must be better off for that connection.
