  • Contact the bookmaker asking for resolution
  • Post a comment about the problem you are having in the comments below
  • If the issue is still unresolved consider contacting the gambling board where the bookmaker is licensed

When sending your complaint to the gambling board, make sure to provide details of the complaint. You can use the format below;

  • Name of Bookmaker
  • Nature of complaint
  • What you have done to try resolve the issue with the bookmaker
  • The steps the bookmaker has taken so far

After doing this, the gambling board will take it up.
