4 players to watch: Orlando Pirates v Chippa United – 16 December

Sports

Orlando Pirates will host Chippa United in the DStv Premiership on Wednesday, 16 December.

ORLANDO PIRATES ARE UNDEFEATED

The Buccaneers are undefeated in the 2021/21 season after six matches.

They have picked up two wins and four draws to date and victory at the Orlando Stadium could see they rise as high as third in the standings depending on other results.

Meanwhile, Chippa United are down in 13th place in the standings, but victory for the Chilli Boys would see them jump into the top-half of the log.

Due to Cyril Ramaphosa’s extended curfew hours in an attempt to combat the spread of the ‘second wave’ of Covid-19, kick-off has been moved 30 minutes earlier to 19:00.
