“Al Ahly assistant coach, Cavin Johnson, will take charge of the Red Devils in their upcoming game against Ghazl El-Mahalla as Pitso Mosimane continues his recovery. Al Ahly fans woke up to very bad news on Wednesday morning, as they discovered that Mosimane had tested positive for coronavirus.” Egyptian publication KingFut reported.

“The South African manager is therefore expected to be sidelined for the upcoming two weeks, the standard time for full recovery from COVID-19. As a result, his assistant manager Cavin Johnson will be the main man on the bench during their Friday night encounter against Ghazl El-Mahalla.”

Pitso Mosimane is expected to be back in action before Al Ahly’s crunch League clash against rivals Zamalek on 28 December 2020. This website would like to wish Pitso a speedy recovery.
